Purchase and manage credits to unlock Joip’s premium features

Credits are the currency that powers Joip’s premium features. Every AI-powered action — generating captions, creating BabeCock compositions, censoring images, and more — costs a small number of credits. Purchase credit packs, earn credits through referrals, or receive bonus credits for daily logins.

How Credits Work

Each feature in Joip has a credit cost set by the platform. When you use a feature, the required credits are automatically deducted from your balance. Your current balance is always visible in the app header.

Your credit balance updates in real time. After any action that consumes credits, you will see your new balance immediately.

Feature costs are configured by the platform and may change. The app always displays the credit requirement before you use a feature, and warns you if your balance is too low.

Purchasing Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance instantly. Purchased credits never expire. Browse available packs on the Credits page — each pack shows its credit amount, price, and any special badges (like “Most Popular” or “Best Value”).

Payment Methods

Joip supports multiple ways to pay:

Card (Fiat)

Pay with a credit or debit card through secure checkout powered by Thirdweb. This uses fiat onramp providers (Stripe, Coinbase, or Transak) to process your payment.

1. Select a credit pack

   Browse the available packs on the Credits page and click Pay with Card.

2. Complete checkout

   An inline checkout widget appears. Enter your card details and confirm the purchase.

3. Credits delivered

   Once payment is confirmed, credits are added to your balance instantly. You will see a celebration animation confirming your purchase.

Crypto (USDC)

Pay directly with USDC on the Polygon network. Fully anonymous — no personal information required.

1. Select a credit pack

   Browse the available packs and click Pay with Crypto.

2. Complete the transaction

   The inline checkout widget guides you through sending USDC from your wallet.

3. Credits delivered

   After blockchain confirmation, credits are credited to your account automatically.

Telegram Stars

If enabled, you can pay with Telegram Stars through the Joip Telegram bot.

1. Select a credit pack

   Click the Telegram payment button on your chosen pack.

2. Open Telegram

   You will be redirected to the Joip bot in Telegram to complete the Star payment.

3. Credits delivered

   Credits are applied once the Telegram payment is confirmed.

Only one pending payment per payment method is allowed at a time. If you have an incomplete payment, you must wait for it to expire or cancel it before starting a new one.

Ways to Earn Free Credits

You don’t always have to buy credits. There are several ways to earn them for free:

Referrals

Invite friends using your referral link. You earn credits for each person who signs up.

Daily Login

Visit the app daily to receive a login bonus of free credits.

Admin Bonuses

The Joip team occasionally grants bonus credits during promotions or events.

Transaction History

Every credit change is recorded in your transaction history. You can view it from two places:

• Credits page — Shows the full transaction log with filtering by type
• Profile page — Shows a summary of recent transactions

Each transaction entry includes:

FAQ

How do I check my balance?

Your credit balance is displayed in the app navigation bar at all times. For a detailed breakdown, visit the Credits page or your Profile page.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your balance reaches zero, you will not be able to use credit-gated features until you purchase more credits. The app will show a prompt directing you to the Credits page.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

What is the low balance warning?

When your balance drops below 20 credits, you will see a low-balance indicator. This is a reminder to top up before you run out.

Can I get a refund on credits?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a feature fails to deliver results due to a system error, your credits may be automatically refunded. For purchase refunds, please refer to the Refund Policy.

Are payments anonymous?

Crypto payments via Polygon USDC are fully anonymous. Card payments go through third-party processors and are subject to their privacy policies.
