The Profile page is your account hub. View your credit balance, update your personal information, and review your transaction history.

Account Overview

When you open the Profile page, you will see:
  • Profile header — Your avatar, display name, email, and the date you joined
  • Credit balance — Your current credit count with quick links to the Credits page
  • Quick links — Shortcuts to Credit History, My Sessions, and Media Vault

Editing Your Profile

You can update the following information from the Profile page:

Upload a profile picture

Click the camera icon on your avatar to upload a new image. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP. You can also remove your current picture to revert to your initials.

Update your name

Edit your First Name and Last Name fields. These are displayed across the app wherever your profile appears.

Save changes

Click Save Changes to update your profile. You will see a confirmation toast when the update succeeds.
Your email address is managed by your authentication provider and cannot be changed from the Profile page.

Credit Summary

The Profile page includes a credit summary card showing:
  • Current balance — Your available credits
  • Total spent — Lifetime credits used across all features
  • Transaction count — Total number of credit transactions
Click Get Credits or View History to navigate to the Credits page for purchasing packs or viewing your full transaction log.

Transaction History

A detailed transaction table is displayed on the Profile page with the following columns:

Transactions load 10 at a time. Click Load More to see older entries.
On mobile, transactions appear as compact cards instead of a table for easier reading.

Account Settings

The Account section on the right side of the Profile page provides:
  • Authentication info — A note about how your account is managed
  • Sign Out — Click to log out of your current session

Daily Login Bonus

Joip rewards you for coming back every day. When you visit the app, a daily bonus modal may appear to grant you free credits. This happens automatically — just keep using the app regularly.

FAQ

Email addresses are tied to your authentication provider. To change your email, update it through the provider you used to sign up (e.g., Replit).
Account deletion is not self-service at this time. To request account deletion, please contact support at Contact Support.
JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported. Images are stored securely in Joip’s cloud storage.
Your email is managed by your login provider for security purposes. This prevents unauthorized changes and ensures your account stays linked to the correct identity.
Visit the Credits page to purchase a credit pack. You can also earn free credits through referrals and daily login bonuses.
