Invite friends and earn credit rewards

Earn free credits by inviting friends to Joip. When someone signs up using your referral link, both you and the new user receive bonus credits.

How It Works

1. Get your referral link

   Visit the Referrals page to find your unique referral link and code. Every account automatically receives a referral code.

2. Share with friends

   Send your link to friends via any channel — messaging apps, social media, or email. You can use the Copy Link button or the native Share button on supported devices.

3. They sign up

   When someone visits your link and creates a Joip account, the referral is automatically tracked.

4. You both earn credits

   You receive 10 credits for each successful referral, and the new user gets 25 bonus credits to start with.

When you share a JOIP session, your referral code is automatically embedded in the share link. If someone discovers Joip through one of your shared sessions and creates an account, you earn referral credits without any extra effort.

Reward amounts are set by the platform and may be adjusted over time. The current rewards are always displayed on the Referrals page.

Sharing Your Link

There are several ways to share your referral link:

Copy Link

Click the Copy Link button to copy your full referral URL to the clipboard. Paste it anywhere you like.

Native Share

On mobile and supported browsers, click Share to use your device’s native share sheet — send via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and more.

Your referral code is also displayed on the Referrals page for manual sharing. The full URL format is:

Referral Sources

Referrals are tracked with their source type so you can see how people found your link:

Source	Description
Direct Link	Someone clicked your referral URL directly
Session Share	Someone found Joip through a session you shared (referral code auto-embedded)
Landing Page	Someone arrived via a landing page that included your referral code

Tracking Your Referrals

The Referrals page shows your complete referral dashboard:

• Total Referrals — How many people have signed up using your link
• Credits Earned — The total credits you have earned from all referrals
• Referral History — A paginated list of each referral with the date, credits earned, and source type

FAQ

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

There is no cap on the number of referrals. The more people you invite, the more credits you earn. Rate limiting exists to prevent abuse (a maximum number of referrals per hour), but it should not affect normal sharing.

Can the referral program be paused?

Yes. The platform may temporarily pause the referral program. If this happens, you will see a notice on the Referrals page. You can still share your link, but new signups will not receive referral credits until the program is re-enabled.

Do I get credits if someone signs up but does not verify?

Credits are awarded when the referred user completes account creation. No additional verification steps are required beyond signing up.

Can I change my referral code?

Referral codes are automatically generated and cannot be changed. Each account has one unique code.

Where do referral credits appear in my history?

Referral credits appear as Bonus type transactions in your transaction history on the Profile and Credits pages.
